Unlike the previous days, we take the entire first day to familiarise ourselves with Polish milk.

Together we will visit two different types of farms north-east of Warsaw and get to know the typical Polish landscape with all its beauty along the way.

1. Homestead - Leszek Duszak

One of the largest and most modern livestock facilities in Poland is the four-generation Duszak family farm with a total of 360 hectares of land, including 140 in lease to secure an adequate feed base for the planned herd of over 500 milking cows. Currently, there are 250 animals kept on the farm with an average productivity of 9.5 thousand. kg of milk/year.

2. Dairy farm - Dariusz Nasiłowski

A traditional polish dairy farm with 210 milking cows and around 200 calves and heifers. Besides TMR feeding and rearing calves in single and group pens with a separate building for heifers the farm has an agricultural cultivation of 60ha of grassland, 60ha of corn and 40hq of cereals.

Warsaw and its two faces - tradition & modernity

Every city has a place that is its trademark, a point that is a must-see in every visitor's itinerary. In Warsaw, this place is the Old Town (Stare Miasto), which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and has been the heart of the city for centuries. However, if you cross the Vistula River and look at the Old Town from a distance, you will be amazed by the extraordinary panorama of the city - the red roofs of the buildings in the Old Town topped by modern skyscrapers. Historic buildings blend harmoniously with modern architecture.

After the city tour, we end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere at restaurant Spółdzielnia-Koneser, where we also enjoy the culinary delights of both faces of Warsaw.
